Doctor : Your weight has gone up(체중이 올랐군요).
Do you exercise regularly?(규칙적으로 운동을 하시나요?).
Patient : Actually, there is no enough time to exercise effectively(사실 효과적으로 운동할 시간이 없습니다).
Doctor : Do you know that short bursts of intense exercise can deliver the same health benefits as moderate long term exercise?(짧은 시간의 강한운동이 적당한 시간의 운동과 똑같은 효과를 준다는 것을 혹시 아시나요?).
Patient : Yes, I know high-intensity interval training(HIT)(네, 고강도 인터벌 훈련은 알고 있습니다).
Can I really get the same results in less time with short spurts of HIT?(정말로 고강도 인터벌 운동으로 짧은 시간에 같은 효과를 볼 수 있을까요?).
Doctor : Absolutely. Doing multiple short time highly intense exercise with short time rest in between, three times a week, works as well in improving muscle as many hours of conventional long-term exercise(물론이죠. 짧은 시간동안 격렬한 운동을 하고 짧은 시간동안 쉬는 운동을 여러 번 반복해 일주일에 3번 하면 전통적인 장시간 운동 효과와 같은 근육의 증가를 얻을 수 있습니다).
